List Request Payments

**Please be sure to complete the List Request Form, separate from this payment form, as both are required to receive a list. The List Request Form can be found at https://sddems.link/listrequest. We will not the send the list unless we have received both.**

The administrative processing fee to request a Central Committee list is $25 for a one-time list purchase. Updated lists are available for the same purpose in the same election cycle for $10 each.

Please enter your campaign's name in the First / Last fields, and enter "NA" in the Occupation / Employer fields.
